RITTMA - the Association of Research, Innovation and Technology Transfer for Moldovan Agriculture - is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organisation, which operates in the agri-food research and development sector.

Agriculture is the mainstay of the Moldovan economy, accounting for 25% of Gross Domestic Product, 40% of employment and 65% of exports. A vibrant agricultural industry is a fundamental requirement for economic prosperity of the country. Strong science, knowledge transfer and the application of new technology are key components in ensuring competitiveness of Moldovan agriculture in World markets.

RITTMA aims to promote Moldovan agricultural research and development by:
